canadian contemporary art scene and its structure
a talk with sébastien pesot, director of espace[im]media

sébastien pesot is a canadian new media artist, president of the board of
administration of the art center sporobole, director of the new media
festival espace[im]media, and lecturer for communication and visual art at
the university of sherbrooke (canada). during the evening, he will introduce
the new media art scene and its structure in québec. the following
discussion should lead to an exchange of experiences, about how the
new media art scene is structured in other countries, and how
projects are produced and financed.
the talk will be held in english.

this event will take place during the finissage of the exhibition
'grant a wish' form the artist mathieu dagorn. mathieu dagorn is
french artist born in canada, lives and work in berlin. he is also
artistic director of adhoc.slash-tmp since 2006.
